We welcome cash-pay patients

Current insurances we are in network with are Cigna, Anthem, Custom Design Benefits, Medicaid (NOT Caresource yet), Buckeye, First Health, Champ VA, Amerihealth (NOT Caritas), Molina, and Humana. We are still awaiting application results from various other insurance companies. Unfortunately Aetna and United Healthcare insurances have stated there are too many providers in our geographical area and cannot accept us at this time. We will update the website if this changes.

Who is Sowing Seeds Primary Care?

Sowing Seeds Primary Care is a privately owned and operated faith based primary care office. We see patients of all stages of life starting at the age of 3 years old for primary care and all ages for urgent care. We manage routine checkups and acute/chronic healthcare needs.

We do not prescribe controlled substances.

Sowing Sowing Seeds Primary Care is owned and operated by Shannon Wells, a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. Shannon strives to create an environment of shared decision making with her patients allowing them to feel heard and respected.

We know better outcomes come from patients being empowered and proactive participants in their own health.
